Mardis Gras Charity Auction

As we gear up for our 39th Annual Charity Auction, we invite you to join us for this exciting Saturday, February 10, 2024, at St. Andrew’s Elementary School. Your participation is not only a chance to have a great time but also a vital contribution to the success of our largest fundraising initiative of the year.


Why Your Support Matters: The Annual Charity Auction plays a crucial role in offsetting the operational costs of our school, allowing us to maintain affordable tuition.  In the face of rising costs (due to inflation), we believe in the collective strength of every family contributing their time, talent, and treasure. Together, we can make this year's event more impactful and successful than ever before!


Four Ways to Get Involved:

  1. Raffle: Look out for raffle ticket packets coming home with students next week. This year, each raffle ticket will be 1 for $5 or 1 or 6 for $25. Every family has a goal to sell 48 raffle tickets. We have an all-school goal of 2,500 tickets. Your support helps us reach our goals and offers a chance to win exciting prizes.

  2. Class Project: Plan, build, and bid on unique class projects crafted by our talented students. Contact your teacher or class coordinator if you have ideas or can contribute.

  3. Online Silent Auction: Participate by donating and bidding from the comfort of your home on items through our online portal from late January to February 10.

  4. Dinner & Live Auction Event: Save the date for the grand finale on February 10, an adult-only evening filled with live bidding, great food, and wonderful company.


Committees - Your Help Needed: We believe in the power of community, and your assistance is crucial for the success of this event. Sign up for committees such as Raffle Tickets, Family/Business Solicitations, Silent Auction, Oral Auction, Decorations, and many more. Your unique skills and interests can make a significant impact.


Donations Make the Auction Shine: Consider contributing to the success of our auction by donating:

  • Host a party, unique experience, or themed basket.

  • Offer a stay in a vacation home for our live auction.

  • Share a special skill or talent.

  • Donate event tickets, goods, or services.

How to Donate: Cash donations or gift certificates can be dropped off or mailed to the school office. Larger donation items can be delivered starting January 3, 2024.


Sponsorship Opportunities: Become a sponsor at various levels - Legacy, Platinum, Gold,

Silver, or Any Donation. For inclusion in printed materials, logos and ads must be emailed by January 20, 2024. We also offer 1/2 Page and Full Page Ads in our program. Click here to view our sponsorship form - contact us for details.
