Father Don was ordained on June 2nd, 1973 at St. Michael Church in Collyer by Bishop Cyril Vogel. He was assigned Parochial Vicar at St. Mary Queen of the Universe Parish in Salina. In January 1976, he was named pastor of St. Peter Parish in Aurora, St. Anthony Parish in Miltonvale and St. Peter Parish in Meredith. In October 1978, he was named pastor of St. Ignatius Loyola Parish in Kanopolis, St. Joseph Parish in Brookville, and St. Mary Parish in Holyrood. In July 1982, he was named pastor of St. Edward Parish in Belleville, St. Isidore Parish in Cuba, and St. George Parish in Munden. In July 1990, he was named pastor of Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish in Hays. In July 2002, he was named pastor of St. Thomas More Parish in Manhattan. In July 2015, he was named pastor of Sacred Heart Cathedral in Salina. In July 2018, he was named pastor of St. Andrews in Abilene, KS.
Father Don said one thing that impressed him, regardless of his location, was the impact of the church. "I see how a church and its community can truly make a difference." He says that the
people of the Salina Diocese have been the most enriching part of his life.
Marlene Herrman - Administrative Assistant/ Technology Coordinator
Mrs. Herrman is a graduate of Ellis High School. She moved to Abilene in 1989 after her husband, Kevin took a job with the federal government at Ft. Riley. She joined St. Andrews staff in 2000 after working in the Special Education Dept. at Abilene Middle School and High School for eight years. She became the Administrative Assistant in 2016 and still remains the Technology Coordinator. Mrs. Herrman enjoys being a part of the staff and has been with St. Andrews for 20 years. She has two sons, Shawn and Ryan, and a daughter Shelby. A great deal of her time is spent with her family and 6 grandchildren Tessa ,Grace, Blake, Luke, Liam and Brynlee. Mrs. Herrman also enjoys reading, landscaping and home improvements.
Kristi Anguiano - 5th Grade
Mrs. Anguiano grew up in Hebron, Nebraska. (Go Huskers!!) She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from Bethany College, Lindsborg, Kansas and her Masters Degree from K-State. She has a concentration in mathematics and coaching. She coached and taught third grade for 11 years at St. Xavier Grade School in Junction City, Kansas, then moved to St. Andrew's School where she is going on her tenth year of teaching fifth grade. She also had the opportunity to teach second grade for a year at St. Andrew's Elementary. Mrs. Anguiano has obtained her master Catechist from the Diocese of Salina. She also teaches the R.C. I.A. class at St. Andrew's Church, is retired from the Army Reserve after 22 years of service , helps coach her children's recreational athletics, and she is the Assistant Scout Master for her son's Boy Scout Troop. She is married to Marc Anguiano and has three children, Matthew, Michael and Megan.
Sharon Wilson - 3rd Grade
Sharon Wilson grew up in the Abilene area. She attended Chapman High School (but is slowly becoming a Cowboy's fan.) She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Kansas State University in 2006. Mrs. Wilson taught third grade at McKinley Elementary before taking time off to stay at home with her children. She has been substitute teaching for the past five years. Mrs. Wilson is so excited to be teaching at St. Andrew's Elementary. She feels blessed to be able to share her faith and continue to grow in faith. She recently completed college coursework in implementing technology into the classroom through Baker University and is hopeful about using technology with her students. She is looking forward to helping sponsor the Battle of the Books this year. Mrs. Wilson has been married to her husband, Lucas, for ten years. They have three children, Braden, Jade and Josie.

Angela Elliott - 2nd Grade
Angela Elliott grew up in the southwestern Missouri town of Pierce City. She attended twelve years of Catholic schooling. She graduated from Pittsburg State University, Pittsburg, Kansas, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education. Mrs. Elliott previously taught second grade at St. Andrew's for two years. She is happy to be back! She and her husband, David, have two children, Dalton and Abigail. Mrs. Elliott's hobbies include reading and spending time with her family.
Angie Radabaugh - 1st Grade
Mrs. Radabaugh is originally from the Abilene area. She received her teaching degree from Ft. Hays State University. She has been teaching at St. Andrew’s Elementary School since 2012. Mrs. Radabaugh and her husband Jeff have one son, Christian and two daughters, Ashlee and Clarissa. Mrs. Radabaugh enjoys spending time with her family, reading and spending time outdoors.
Sara Buller - Music
Miss Buller is from Newton, KS and is a Class of 1998 Newton High Graduate. She attended Kansas State University where she received a Bachelors of Music Education and a History Minor in 2004. She also attended Emporia State University where she completed her Masters of Music with and Emphasis in Education in 2008. Miss Buller completed her 11th year of teaching in May of 2015 and will be starting her 8th year of teaching with the Abilene-USD 435 school district in August 2015. Miss Buller teaches 4th and 5th Grade Music at Garfield Upper Elementary and K-5 Music at St. Andrew's. Miss Buller likes to read, crochet, listen to music, exercise, play the Piano and Tuba, spend time with family and friends, and KSU Football. Go Cats! Go Cowboys!

Stacy Meuli - Paraprofessional
Mrs. Meuli grew up in Abilene and graduated from Abilene High School. She has more than 13 years of experience in the field of education. Mrs. Meuli is married to husband, Mike, and they have 5 children, Bryce, Logan, Miah, Faith and Maci. Stacy has two grandaughters. She enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, cooking, and attending her children's activities.
Becky Ryan - Director of Food Service
Ms. Ryan grew up in the Abilene area and graduated from Abilene High School. She
grew up farming, raising greyhounds and cattle. After high school and 2 years at K-state,
she worked with her father raising greyhounds and farming. Then, working in the food
service industry, and now following her true passion of cooking. In her spare time she
loves to make custom 3-D cakes and spending time with her son Colin. She spends
the rest of her time video taping Colin team roping, helping her mom in the garden and she loves working on craft projects. They both spend as much time as they can with family!
