Teachers Notes:
Hello! I hope that you all had a wonderful Easter and a fabulous weekend! I am so excited to be back and ready to go. We have a lot of fun day's coming up in April and it is hard to believe that the end of the school year is almost here. That being said we still have a lot to learn. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to email me and I will get back to you as soon as I can. For the 1st grade Field trip we will be going to the Topeka Zoo on May 5th. I will be getting more information about this out soon so please keep an eye out for that email. Thank you for all that you do and for all your continued support. In reading this week we will be working on comparing all of our readings for this unit. we will be learning about or, and ore words. We will also be talking about persuasive writing and stories this week.
Math:
In Math this week we will be continuing to grow in our fluency of subtraction and addition.
Science:
In Science this week we are going to be talking how sound travels.
Religion:
In Religion this week we will be talking about Easter and what that means to Christians. We will also be talking about the different ways in which we can pray.
