Teachers Notes:
It's hard to believe that we are so close to the end of the year. This week we will be starting our last fastbridge testing. Please make sure your student is getting a healthy breakfast and a good nights rest so they can do their very best on the testing. Thank you for all that you do and for your continued support. UFLI:
This week in UFLI we will be learning about ew, ui, and ue. We will also be learning about silent letters.
Reading:
In reading this week we will be reading about what people like about the seasons. We will be talking about persuasive text. With this we will do activities around facts and opinions. We will be making predictions as we read and looking at how we can confirm that we are correct in our predictions.
Math:
In math we will be working on adding and subtracting 2-digit numbers. Along with finding the equation in a word problem.
Science:
In science this week we will be talking about what the sunlight does during each season. We will also talk about the importance of light and what light does in different materials.
Religion:
In religion we will be finishing up talking about how Jesus is truly present in the Eucharist and how Jesus died on the cross to save us from our sins.
