Happy Feast Day of the Archangels!
We enjoyed our fruit observation last week. We used lots of adjectives to describe the fruit and seeds. Thank you, parents, for your help. A green note about the plant project was sent home Tuesday. The posters are due Wednesday, October 12. Please email me if you have any questions. We plan to go for a nature walk tomorrow (Friday, Sept. 30, around 1:35-2:15) to observe some plants in nature and collect a few for the posters. We are continuing to learn cursive letters. We've had a couple more friends meet their AR Goals and are working toward our whole class meeting our goals by Friday, October 14. The students did amazing on the creations quiz in religion last week. Today we are learning about the 3 archangels: St. Michael, St. Raphael, and St. Gabriel. We enjoyed some free ipad time Friday afternoon for filling the marble jar!
