Bishop Vincke brought the gospel to life through his homily on Tuesday.

We were so blessed to have Bishop visit during Catholic Schools Week!



Week of February 6 -10-

Monday – Fifth Grade to Starbase

Tuesday – School Mass, 2:00 p.m.; School Council Meeting, 6:30 p.m.; AUCTION CALLING NIGHT, 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Wednesday - School Mass, 2:00 p.m.; Choir, 2:45 – 3:15; BOB, 3:00 - 4:00; AUCTION CALLING NIGHT, 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Thursday – Little Ike Storytime; FFA Classroom Visits, School Finance Council Meeting, 4:00 p.m.

Friday – FREEBIE No Uniform - WEAR YOUR TEAM COLORS!; First Grade to Bingo at Village Manor, 1:00 p.m.


Thank you to all who helped us celebrate Catholic Schools Week! We had a wonderful week and appreciate the prayers and support for our school!!

We will have mass next week on Tuesday and Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. Please join us if you can. Mass collections in February go to Ronald McDonald House Charities. Students are encouraged to bring money for mass collections, even if just a coin or two. THANK YOU for teaching your child about the importance of stewardship and helping others.


School Council meets this Tuesday, February 7 at 6:30 p.m. in the school gym.


Battle of the Books is Wednesday, 3:00 - 4:00 p.m.

Left - Whitney Kollhoff, center was the winner of this year's spelling bee in grades 3 - 5. Second place went to Paige Evans (L) and third was Brooklyn Brooks (R)

Right - Abigail Whitehair (C) won the grade K - 2 spelling bee and Creyton Berns (L) and Veronica Brooks (R) were runners-up.


Valentine's Day on Tuesday, February 14, teachers will be sending class lists in grades K - 5. Preschool students do not address to specific children, just sign their name on the back (Parents' help is ok with this many) and send enough for each child in the class. Students participating need to make a valentine for each child in his/her class only - not for students in other classes. Valentines may be brought on Monday, February 13 or Tuesday, February 14.
