School Mass Collection - School Auction
Thank you for being diligent about reminding your child not to share hats, scarves, coats, combs, etc. We did not find any head lice among students during our screening. If you have concerns about the possibility of your child having head lice, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
THANK YOU for encouraging your child to do his/her homework - reading at home each school night and practicing math facts appropriate for his/her age. Those who met their first semester class reading goal will be treated to a "SNOWBALL PARTY" next Friday afternoon. Reading to and with your child will help develop important literacy skills. New goals are in place for the second semester. REMINDER - students who attend after school are reading each night and can count those minutes.
AUCTION NEWS!!
HELPERS NEEDED before, during and after the auction. Please find a way to share the gifts and talents of your family members in some way to support this important fundraiser. Donations and help count toward stewardship hours.

CLASS PROJECTS - Each student is asked to help with their class auction project by sending a small donation to help cover the cost. A donation of $5 - 10 per child is suggested. Any amount above the expense of the class project goes to the auction profit. If this is a financial hardship for your family, even $1 is
appreciated and allows each child to be part
of the classroom project. Send to your child's teacher by January 19.
January 19 - Students are encouraged to wear a Mardi Gras colored shirt with uniform bottoms on Friday, January 19. We will be taking some pictures for the auction. Please see color examples in the picture above.
Raffle Tickets can be turned in each Friday for a chance at weekly prizes. Can we set a NEW SCHOOL RECORD for sales this year?? More tickets are always available in the tub on the front porch of the school.
