Easter Vigil was a very special night for these St. Andrew's students (and alum Ava). They were baptized and welcomed into the church. Pictured from front left - Shea D., Quinn D., Brighten C. In back - Ava S., Kelly Z., Sophia Z., and Harley C. The three older students also received First Holy Communion. Congratulations to these students and thank you to their parents, Mrs. Anguiano, Fr. Peter, and the RCIA team for preparing them for this special day!

This Sunday is First Holy Communion at 2:00 p.m. THANK YOU to parents, Mrs. Brantley, Fr. Peter, Mr. & Mrs. Geiger, and Jenny Brooks for their extra work in preparing students for this special day! Congratulations to those receiving their First Communion!
Mrs. Brierton would love extra singers at the First Communion Mass at 2:00 on Sunday. Meet at the parish hall at 1:30 if you'd like to help.
This Wednesday, May 7, the Abilene Parks & Rec is sponsoring a "Walk & Roll to School." Students who'd like to walk or ride their bike to school that day should meet at the Senior Center at 7:15 a.m. Adult helpers appreciated!!

Field Day is Friday, May 9 starting with family picnic at the high school track at noon. Field Day events follow the picnic. Students will be bussed to the track and meet families there for lunch. Please stay for any or all of the afternoon as your schedule allows. In case of inclement weather, the picnic will be at the school followed by field day with PK - 2 events at school, and 3 - 5 grade events at the rec center. If you plan to take your child after field day events, please let his/her teacher know either in advance or on field day.
Please be sure to get your stewardship hours in as soon as possible. Unmet stewardship hours are $20 each and will be added to your May bill. Thank you for understanding that this is how we keep tuition low for all families.

Preschool End of Year Program is Wednesday, May 21, 10:00 a.m. All day students will have the option to stay following the program for the remainder of the day. This is their last day of classes. Transitional Kindergarten Students may come on Thursday, May 22, which is the last day for K - 5.
