Those who meet their classroom reading goal for the first nine weeks will get to attend our READING PARTY in October. Make sure you are reading at home or in after school so you can celebrate with us!

Important Notes-
School masses next week are on Wednesday and Friday at 2:00 p.m.
Please join us if you can. Mass collections in September go to the Adopt-a-Student Fund. Students are encouraged to bring money for mass collections, even if just a coin or two. THANK YOU for teaching your child about the importance of stewardship and helping others.
Grandparent Day is Friday, September 9. The schedule is as follows:
12:00 - Picnic Lunch on the Playground (Feel free to bring chairs or blankets)
Grandparents of all day preschool and kindergarten students or any grandparents with mobility issues - please meet your grandchild in the gym. All others - please go to the south gate and we will dismiss students as you arrive. Students may walk or play as they finish eating.
ICE CREAM Treats - The ice cream truck will be here! Each child will have a coupon for a treat, compliments of Home & School. Grandparents who would like a treat - go to the ice cream truck with your grandchild to make a selection. A free will offering will be taken to cover cost of extra treats. Students will be called to the truck based on the color of their coupon to avoid long lines.
12:45 – Bingo; Students whose last names end with A – M go to the gym; N – Z go to the parish center (If you have grandchildren who fit in both groups - choose one)
1:30 – Students head to classrooms, get bags, take bags to gym or to mass with them if they are leaving from church.
1:45 - Students will all go to mass with their teachers but can sit with grandparents if they are there. After mass, students may leave with grandparents - if this arrangement was made with their teacher – or return to the gym for closing prayer.
