Quick Notes:

I just wanted to send out a reminder that all Wednesday will be our library day. Please help your student remember to bring back their books so that they can get a new book each week!

Reading:

In Reading we will be finishing up our first unit on neighborhoods. We will be sending the book home on Friday. We will be focusing on the sounds of qu, v, y, an z. We will also be talking about different jobs in our neighborhoods.

UFLI:

This week we will be learning about consonant digraphs sh and ch. We will br practicing reading stories and roll and reads on these words.

Math:

In math this week we are talking about how we can use addition to help solve subtraction problems. We will also continue working on our fluency with math facts between 0-10 in addition.

Religion:

This week in religion we will be talking about the fall of adam and eve and the promise of our savior Jesus Christ. We will also be learning about the Saint Jose Sanchez del Rio.
