We welcome an extra after-school helper this week. Thank you to Mrs. Tiffany Anguiano who will be helping older students with homework from 4:00 - 5:00.

Grandparents Day is next Friday, September 10, 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. We plan to have a sack lunch/picnic day with them along with a couple of fun activities and a grandparent blessing. An ice cream truck will be visiting with Home & School providing a ice cream vouchers for all students. Since we are still doing our best to keep everyone safe, all activities will be held outdoors on our playground. If inclement weather, we will move to various indoor locations. Watch for complete details/instructions coming on Wednesday, September 8. The weather forecast is showing highs of 95, so we may move indoors and divide to three locations on the parish grounds.

Students will be reviewing/teaching the Child Lures during the first nine weeks. This is an award-winning child safety curriculum that includes the prevention of child sexual abuse. If you would like more information about this diocesan approved curriculum, please visit their website:

Students are encouraged to bring money for the Monday and Wednesday mass collections, even if just a coin or two. Mass collections in August go to the Adopt-a-Student Program. THANK YOU for teaching your child about the importance of stewardship and helping others.

God bless your family with a GREAT weekend!
